WHO ARE THE REAL BEST OVI LAWYERS?

Who actually knows who the best lawyers are? Is it reporters for publications based in other cities or states or is it other local drunk driving lawyers? Are the best OVI lawyers the ones who spend most of their time asking their friends to recommend them to publications or are they the lawyers that other OVI lawyers go to learn from in continuing legal education seminars? Do you want a lawyer that specializes in self promotion or one who concentrates on knowing the law and representing clients in court?

Who do other lawyers go to learn from? Over the years I have conservatively lectured to lawyers in at least 50-75 different continuing legal education seminars. Among the sponsoring organizations are:

  • National College for DUI Defense
  • Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
  • Ohio State Bar Association
  • Columbus Bar Association
  • Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
  • Ohio Trial Lawyer’s Association
  • Lorman Educational Services

Recent Teaching Events. Posted below are some of the recent topics on which I have spoken and the organizations which hosted the seminars. It should be noted that there are only a handful of Ohio OVI lawyers with comparable speaking records, and none with a more extensive or varied one. No other Ohio lawyer that has lectured at the National College for DUI Defense. [back]
